Progress


Today is going to be short and sweet. I feel very proud of myself and have lost a total of seven pounds since I began my journey. I continue to struggle with day to day health obligations, but continue to view each day as a new opportunity to do right for myself. Last Saturday, my husband and I ran our first 5K. I was not the last person, but it took an hour for me to complete it. Next time I want to improve my time and someday I hope to win a medal. I try to always set future goals and look for ways to accomplish them. What are goals you look forward to completing? What are your plans?
